1. What is the Principle Structure of LCD Screen?

Many things rely on the LCD screen, in our life, work, entertainment, etc., but few people know the working principle and internal structure of the LCD screen.

2. LCD display principle

The working principle of LCD display is simple, the screen can realize the display between the two parallel plates filled with liquid crystal material, and then change the arrangement of the molecules inside the liquid crystal material by voltage, so as to achieve the purpose of shading and light transmission To display images of different shades and staggered patterns, and as long as a three-color filter layer is added between the two flat plates, a color image can be displayed.

3. LCD display structure

In fact, the LCD screens we see every day have glass substrates. This kind of glass substrate has extremely high requirements and must be produced by float glass, and the flatness of the surface must be very good, and at the same time, it must be very thin. The surface of the glass substrate must be coated with a conductive layer of indium oxide or tin oxide and must be transparent, which is the ITO film layer in the lcd liquid crystal display. The outer leads of the glass substrate should be welded by a special welding method, using conductive rubber strips or conductive tapes for welding, which is significantly different from the tin welding in our perception. The glass substrate is a very precise component. As long as a little damage is caused, the glass substrate will be scrapped. So his internal structure is complex and delicate.

Answer: No matter indoor or outdoor LCD screen, there will be dust on the LCD screen. After turned off the device, it will be more obvious, and sometimes it is sticked with all kinds of water stains and fingerprints, which affects the visual effect. How to clean the LCD screen?

1. First, turn off the power of the LCD screen, and remove the plug of the power cord and the connector of the graphics card.

2. Second, move the LCD screen to a place with better natural light, so that the dust can be seen clearly, so as to achieve a better cleaning effect.

3. Then, use clean water and a soft lint-free cloth or pure cotton lint-free cloth as a cleaning tool for the LCD screen (a lint-free paper towel will also work). When cleaning, you can use a pure cotton lint-free cloth dipped in water and then slightly wrung out, and then gently wipe the dust on the display with a slightly damp soft lint-free cloth (do not squeeze the display too hard). Wipe one side of the screen to the other side until it's all wiped clean, don't wave it randomly.

Remember not to wipe with hard cloth or paper. At the same time, do not use cleaning liquids containing alcohol or acetone or cleaning agents containing chemical ingredients, and do not spray liquids directly on the surface of the LCD screen to prevent liquids from penetrating into the protective film.

4. Finally, after cleaning the LCD screen with a damp soft cloth, you can clean it again with a damp cloth that has been twisted dry. Finally, let the moisture on the LCD screen dry naturally in a ventilated place.
